Shipping
Every order is carefully checked and packed before it leaves us. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- Tbilisi: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Georgia: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & exchanges
If your piece is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original BLING packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
To start a return, email blingjewbling@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to the original payment method within 10 business days.
